These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Einstool, our website located at https://einstool.com, and any related services provided by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading or using Einstool, you agree to abide by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from further using the app, accessing our website, or using any other services provided by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC.
If you access or download Einstool from the Apple App Store, you agree to any Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to review and amend any of these Terms at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately from the date of publication.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Einstool. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Einstool with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Einstool does not require you to create an account. Your game progress — including scores, experience points, coins, streaks, and unlocked content — is stored locally on your device.
Because progress is stored on your device, deleting the app, resetting your device, or moving to a new device without a device-level backup may permanently erase your progress. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost progress and are under no obligation to restore it.
Einstool offers a free tier with access to a rotating selection of games and features. The free tier is not a trial and does not expire. The specific games and features included in the free tier may change over time at our discretion.
Einstool Pro unlocks the full game catalog and additional features. Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time "lifetime" purchase that permanently unlocks Pro features on your Apple account. Details, including current pricing, are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed via our payment partner, RevenueCat. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms and policies.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. If pricing changes affect your current subscription, we will provide notice in advance. Price changes will not take effect until your next renewal period, and you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
Einstool includes a virtual currency ("coins") and other virtual items (such as collectible cards, hints, and boosters) that can be earned through gameplay. Coins and virtual items:
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the loss of coins or virtual items, including loss resulting from deleting the app, device changes, game balance changes, or termination of the service.
Einstool is a collection of casual brain games provided for entertainment purposes only. Scores, statistics, percentiles, streaks, and any playful commentary within the app (including in-game "professor" remarks) are game mechanics — they are not scientific, medical, or psychological assessments of any kind.
We make no claims that playing Einstool will improve your memory, intelligence, cognitive abilities, or any other real-world skill. Einstool is not a medical device, does not provide health advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or educational advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Game content, including trivia questions, facts, and dates, is provided for entertainment and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely on it as a factual reference.
By using Einstool and our website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, any entity you represent who has entered into these Terms, and your users that you will not:
The intellectual property in the materials in Einstool and on our website — including all game designs, artwork, characters (including Professor Einstool), sounds, and text — are owned by or licensed to Khawnan Management Solutions LLC. You may download Einstool to view, use, and display the application on your mobile device for your personal use only.
This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms, and may be terminated by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC at any time.
You may stop using Einstool at any time by deleting the app from your device. Any active subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period unless you cancel it separately through your device's App Store settings.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use Einstool immediately upon notice for any breach of these Terms.
You give us permission to download and install updates to Einstool on your device in accordance with your privacy preferences. This permission can be revoked at any time by deleting Einstool from your device.
Einstool and the materials in Einstool and on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Khawnan Management Solutions LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Khawnan Management Solutions LLC or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use Einstool, our website, or any other services provided by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC or the materials in Einstool, even if Khawnan Management Solutions LLC or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
In the context of this agreement, "consequential loss" includes any consequential loss, indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
The materials appearing in Einstool or on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information and entertainment purposes only. To the extent permitted by law, Khawnan Management Solutions LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in Einstool or on our website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to Einstool and our website. This disclaimer extends to all game content, including trivia questions, facts, scores, and statistics.

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or availability of any third-party service. Your use of Einstool may be subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. Disruptions or changes in third-party services may temporarily affect Einstool features.
Khawnan Management Solutions LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to Einstool or on its corresponding website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or control by Khawnan Management Solutions LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at your own risk and we strongly advise you make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of those sites.
To the extent that you are using or accessing Einstool on an iOS device, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this clause. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Khawnan Management Solutions LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for Einstool and any materials available in Einstool.
Apple has no obligation to furnish you with any maintenance and support services with respect to Einstool.
If Einstool fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the mobile application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Einstool and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our responsibility.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Einstool or your use of Einstool, including but not limited to (1) product liability claims; (2) any claim that our mobile application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (3) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that our mobile application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using Einstool, including any Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Agreement of Service.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
You hereby represent and warrant that (1) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (2) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Any term of these Terms which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms is not affected.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
